Mining and technical monuments
In 1168, the big "Bergkgeschrey" was heard all over the Oremountains for the first time, and even much more should follow during the next centuries.
After  having found the first silver near Freiberg, the economic development of the Oremountains began. Numerous mines that can be visited, Erzhämmer, tin-laundries give an impression of what life and work of the miners was like, some centuries ago.
